申请条件*:
- 在12/31/2019之前，开始这个Business目前为止，这个Business还存在
- 这个Business收入是申请人的主要收入。 Business总收入在$50,000以下(2019税表为准)
- 员工数量少于5名
- 没有领取CA Small Business COVID Grant
